Single Issue Purchases

By purchasing a Turrentine publication, you agree to the following conditions. Please read them carefully.

Payment

All payments are due in full upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. We accept checks, ACH, wire, and credit card payments.

Shipping Policies

If purchased item is downloadable, shipment fulfillment is considered complete when file is received. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price of the item. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.

Cancellations/Refunds/Returns

If purchased item is downloadable, once the item is purchased, there are no refunds or returns.

Items that are physically shipped are entitled to be returned for a full refund within 30 days. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are for a pre-paid annual subscription term. For the Collateral Value Report, beginning on the Renewal Date of January 1st, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another 12-months. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date.

Notice of Automatic Renewal

You will receive an email notice approximately 30 days prior to the Renewal Date. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your last email of record. It is your responsibility to keep Turrentine Brokerage updated with any changes to your billing/shipping or email addresses.

Payment and Price

The renewal payment is due by the Renewal Date. The renewal price will be the same price as for the prior 12-month subscription term unless Turrentine Brokerage gives you advance notice of a price change. You will also receive a notice if there are any changes to the subscription service terms. We accept checks, ACH, wire, and credit card payments.

To cancel your subscription without being billed for the next term, you must do so before the Renewal Date. You are responsible for the timely cancellation of your subscription regardless of whether you receive any notice from us. To cancel your subscription, you must contact Turrentine Brokerage at 1-415-209-9463 or email us at subscriptions@turrentinebrokerage.com.

Turrentine Brokerage does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our company address (provided below). At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Turrentine Brokerage does not take title to the refunded item. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery. This will also cancel your 12-month subscription term and no additional items will be delivered to you in the future.

Shipping Policies

Shipping costs are included in the purchase price of the item. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. Shipping returned items for cancellation is at the cost of the subscriber.
